PARK 'N PASS: SEASON PARKING PASS

Winter 25-26 Park 'N Pass season parking passes go on sale
September 16, 2025, at 12:30pm MDT.

Season parking passes are limited and expected to sell out quickly. Please read below for instructions to create your Park 'N Pass account* and requirements to purchase your Park 'N Pass.

The Village Park Winter 2025-26 Season Parking Pass, Park 'N Pass, is now completely digital based on license plate number and will be managed on a new user-friendly Park 'N Pass online portal. 

 

Park 'N Pass season passes will go on sale on September 16, 2025, at 12:30pm MDT. Please note that you will not be able to register/create an account prior to the on-sale date and time. Please see below for information you will need to create an account and requirements to purchase your season pass or

It is STRONGLY recommended that all questions regarding this product are emailed to villagepark@interstateparking.com prior to the on-sale date. Taking time to make phone calls to Village Park during the Park 'N Pass sale may result in Park 'N Pass selling out before you are able to purchase.

 

Each Park 'N Pass can have up to three (3) license plate numbers to be on your account. Only one (1) can be active at a time. The active license plate number is highlighted in GREEN. You can update the active license plate number at any time - both desktop and mobile friendly.

Please review your Park 'N Pass parking lot locations and dates found in the Rules and Regulations when your purchase your pass.

  • All Lot Unrestricted: $2,305: SOLD OUT

  • All Lot Restricted (with blackout dates): SOLD OUT

  • Ranch Lot Unrestricted: SOLD OUT

  • Ranch Lot Restricted (with blackout dates): SOLD OUT

 

PARK 'N PASS BLACKOUT DATES:

  • Dec. 26 – 31, 2025

  • Jan. 17 – 18, 2026

  • Feb. 13 – 16, 2026

 

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued except for injuries (doctor’s note required).

Registering for Park 'N Pass is quick and easy in only two steps! To create an account for Park 'N Pass, please have the following information ready:

  1. Your Email Address

  2. Create a Password

WHAT YOU NEED TO PURCHASE YOUR PARK 'N PASS SEASON PARKING PASS

To purchase Park N Pass Please have the following information ready:

 

  1. Vehicle information (only one vehicle's information required for purchase)*

  2. License Plate Number* (type in with NO dashes or spaces)

  • Enter all numbers, without special characters, or as it appears on your vehicle registration​

  1. State (select from menu)

  2. Make (select from menu)

  3. Model (type in)

  4. Color (select from menu)

  5. Full name

  6. Email address

  7. Mailing address including state and country (select from menu)

*PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY ONE VEHICLE CAN BE ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT UPON PARK ‘N PASS REGISTRATION. YOU CAN ADD UP TO THREE (3) VEHICLES ONCE PURCHASED. ONLY ONE (1) VEHICLE CAN BE ACTIVE AT A TIME.

 

Payment: 

You will be directed to a secure payment portal. Please have your credit/debit card information available. Please review the Rules and Regulations stated at the bottom of the page. Select "PROCEED TO SECURE PAYMENT" and pay $8.49 service fee.

Please note that there is no cart feature on Park 'N Pass. This is a high-demand product that will sell out!
